COMMUNITY HEALTH DAY
Each year we provide a FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH DAY. Our volunteers come from all walks of life providing services that include Dental care, Health Screening, Health lectures and healthy cooking demonstrations. Dentist, Nutritional coaches, and auxiliary donate their time to serve children and adults in need of their services.
On January 14, 2019 our volunteer team provided 87 dental exams, 116 dental X-rays, 37 dental cleanings, 54 extractions, 28 fillings – totaling $42,000.00 in services. Over 80 people participated in the health screenings that were provided and health coaches were available to answer questions and provide guidance.
Our next COMMUNITY HEALTH DAY is scheduled for January of 2020.
